03. ORDERS

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Jakka Labels® reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability. Any payments received for cancelled orders will be refunded.

05. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Jakka Labels® aims to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier and customs procedures.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, tracking information may be provided where available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and additional fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations.

06. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers located in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Jakka Labels® within the applicable withdrawal period.

Returned products should be unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging where reasonably possible.

Customers may be responsible for direct return shipping costs if they have been informed of this before purchasing.

Refunds will be processed within the legally required period after receiving the returned goods or receiving sufficient proof that they have been sent back.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply where permitted by law, including certain personalised or custom-made products and sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights.

07. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

08. CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
